Datar Kul Mandal, DKM is a trust established in the year 2018. It’s formed to unite The Datar Kul members, i.e. the people with surname Datar, Agarkar, Agharkar, Chowkar, Vartak, Kulkarni, Sabnis, Phadnis for the betterment of the community.
The first Datar Kulvruttant was published in 1974 in traditional paper format. The process of its making started in 1972 by contacting people and collecting information from them. This was herculean task and was successfully carried out . 1974 kulvrutant was developed with dedication and phenomenal efforts by few individuals - Our respects to them

After 50 years this Kulvruttant has become time-irrelevant.Due to limited printed copies, it is not even widely accessible.Reprinting of the same has financial limitations with few buyers
In order to establish and update the OLD KULVRUTANT is an extremely difficult task . Gathering of information from the last pidhi as it appears in 1974 KULVRUTANT has its own challenges and limitations.
To update and complete the Datar Kulvruttant, the new information has to be obtained and correctly associated with the pre-existing one.
Therefore use of Latest Information Technology is being used A SOFTWARE is created to GATHER INFORMATION / PROFILE of each DATAR is the objective.Each DATAR should add his / her profile into this INFORMATION DATA BASE
Continuous addition and updation of information in the database will be feasible.
Maherwashins should be made part of the KUL information
o To update the information of Datar kul members with respect to time
o To produce Kulvruttant in more portable and accessible format
o To form a database of all the members which then can be used for various future purposes
o To make the data collection process easier and effective.
o Accurate relations of the members with the previous links
o Efficient searching of the database w.r.t. every field such as, searching by name, phone no, email, profession, address, gharane, gotra, etc.
The purpose behind establishing such a trust was to support and appreciate the needy students, establishing education institutes and manage them, executing cultural and social programs, as well as work in the healthcare industry.
